He understood that dedicated and experienced people would be needed to take advantage of the latest technology available for machine design and machine manufacturing. His goal was to exceed the customer's requirements and expectations and provide unparalleled quality in both product and service. He believed that integrity and the utmost regard for ethical business practices must be the cornerstone of any business endeavor.
